You can place calls to on board facilities or other guests as well as receive calls from other guests. Depending on the cruise ship you will get a personal on board phone number or your your smartphone will be connected with the number of your cabin phone.
To use the Velimo Phone service you need to connect to the ships wifi and register for the service. Once you have registered, you can use the service till the end of your cruise. Service calls, e.g. to the front desk, can also be placed without prior registration, but without registration it is not possible to call other guests or receive calls.
